CLO began her practice with Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, India, before developing her distinctive teaching style. Her sessions combine dynamic sequences, inversions, and creative flows with movement, breath, music, and intentional language to inspire more profound, uplifting experiences. Blending traditional techniques with innovative practices, she leads transformative breath work and sound meditations, offering playful yet profound experiences for all.
Beth is a SKY-TING OG teacher! She has been leading global retreats for over 10 years. Our community adores her, and a retreat with Beth would be truly an experience. Her classes include breathwork, a fun flow, and the dreamiest restorative shapes.
COCOON PORTUGAL
Cocoon is 275 acres of pure magic! Located near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar along stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages. Hike the coastal bluffs, swim and swim some more, sunbathe, and of course, do yoga! Delicious meals will be provided by a local chef and enjoyed amongst the community and warm conversations.
Travel
1. Fly into Lisbon (LIS), approx 2hr drive to Cocoon.
2. Fly into Faro (FAO), approx 2hr drive to Cocoon.
